With sequencing operation of more metal processing equipment, the equipment generates more iron scraps, and stand-alone chip removal develops into many forms, such as scraper, spiral and other chip removal means.
Stand-alone chip removal and filtration equipment has simpler structure and lower up-front cost, but each machine tool has a chip falling opening, causing more field pollution and going against field 5S management.
