单机排屑过滤

A processing device for delivering scrap iron emerged after the emergence of the machining center in the 1960s, achieving cleaner production of machinery and controlling and improving the situation of scrap iron spatter.
The initial chip removal equipment only delivers single iron scrap, namely current chain plate chip removal. With sequencing operation of more metal processing equipment, the equipment generates more iron scraps, and stand-alone chip removal develops into many forms, such as scraper, spiral and other chip removal means.
Stand-alone chip removal and filtration equipment has simpler structure and lower up-front cost, but each machine tool has a chip falling opening, causing more field pollution and going against field 5S management.
